Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Align My Aura ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.

2. Description of Service

Align My Aura is an AI-powered platform that provides personalized energy and aura readings based on facial image analysis. The Service includes aura color identification, chakra analysis, energy forecasts, and daily energy check-ins.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account access
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
• One account per person — creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits is prohibited
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Free Plan

The free plan includes one (1) aura scan per day. Free users have access to a partial reading including basic aura color identification and limited chakra analysis. Additional features require a paid subscription.

5. Subscription and Billing

• The Energy Sanctuary subscription is billed at $9.99 USD per month
• New subscribers receive a 30-day free trial. No charge is made during the trial period
• A valid payment method is required to start the free trial
• You may cancel your subscription at any time before the trial ends to avoid charges
• After the trial, your subscription renews automatically each month
• Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store payment information

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting Lemon Squeezy directly. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to subscriber features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service in ways that exceed normal usage
• Share your account credentials with others
• Upload images of other people without their consent
• Use the Service to harass, harm, or deceive others

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology of Align My Aura — including but not limited to the AI analysis system, visual design, and written content — is the property of Align My Aura. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Your aura readings are generated for your personal use. You may share your results on social media for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that aura readings are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. The Service may be interrupted, contain errors, or be unavailable at times. We are not responsible for decisions made based on our readings.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Align My Aura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Peru. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lima, Peru.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
